How we work
We stay with you throughout the movement
Plenty of providers hand the job off once the booking is made. We take a different view: our team stays close to the detail, coordinates the parties involved and keeps you informed from the first conversation through to final delivery.
The process
Six clear stages
The same principles apply whether you are moving an exhibition stand to a European venue or a commercial consignment across the UK.
- 01
Understand the requirement
We start with a conversation. What is moving, the dimensions and weights, the dates, the locations, the deadline and any special circumstances that could affect the movement.
- 02
Plan the solution
We determine the appropriate transport mode, routing and logistics approach — road, air or ocean — based on the requirement rather than convenience.
- 03
Quote and confirm
We provide clear commercial terms so you know exactly what is included, then agree the movement with you before anything is booked.
- 04
Coordinate collection and transport
We coordinate the movement with the selected freight and transport partners, confirming collection details and access requirements at both ends.
- 05
Keep you informed
We maintain clear communication and provide appropriate updates through the process. You should not have to chase to understand what is happening with your shipment.
- 06
Delivery, return or onward movement
We coordinate final delivery and, where required, storage, return movements or onward transportation — including event breakdown collections.
Event & exhibition freight
Before, during and after the event
Event work adds a layer of pressure that general freight does not. Access windows are fixed, venues are busy and there is no second chance on a build date, so we plan the whole cycle up front.
Planning and preparation
Planning, routing, bookings, collection arrangements, documentation, customs preparation and delivery scheduling.
Coordination on the ground
Transport coordination, venue delivery, communication and management of time-critical requirements.
Returns and onward movement
Return movements, onward freight, storage or final delivery where required.

Communication
Good logistics starts with good communication
Our systems and CRM exist to help our people do a better job for customers — recording the detail, prompting the follow-up and making sure nothing is lost between the booking and the delivery.
Ownership and accountability
Our team stays close to the requirement and coordinates the relevant parties on your behalf.
Guidance throughout
From the initial discussion through planning, collection, movement and delivery, you stay supported.
Proactive updates
We aim to keep you informed rather than leaving you to chase for information.
Long-term relationships
We value repeat business and lasting customer partnerships over one-off transactions.
