Our website and our enquiry form are protected by Cloudflare. Two Cloudflare technologies are involved: Cloudflare bot management, which sets the __cf_bm cookie; and Cloudflare Turnstile, the human-verification challenge that runs inside the embedded enquiry form and issues a short-lived verification token. Both are used to protect the website and the form against automated abuse and spam, and are treated as essential security technologies.
Our enquiry form is provided through an online enquiry form and CRM service and is embedded in our Contact page. The form writes a small amount of information to your browser's local storage so that it displays and resizes correctly. This is treated as essential because it is needed to provide the form you have chosen to use.
Optional (analytics, marketing and similar)
Raylec does not currently use any analytics, advertising, profiling or social-media tracking technologies of its own on this website.
We also do not currently use any functional or preference technologies beyond those described as essential above.
Because there are no optional technologies in use, there is nothing for you to consent to or switch off, and no cookie consent banner is displayed. If Raylec introduces optional technologies in future, we will ask for your consent before they are activated and will update this policy.

We do not currently use any non-essential cookies or similar technologies on this website.
5. Website infrastructure and service providers
The following service providers operate technologies on our website, receive information through them or provide website functionality:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – provides network delivery, DNS/proxy and website security services, including bot protection and human-verification functionality. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy;
- Website hosting and deployment provider – provides the technical infrastructure used to deploy and serve the Raylec website; and
- Online enquiry form and CRM provider – provides the embedded enquiry form and processes the information you choose to submit so that Raylec can receive and respond to your enquiry.
The embedded enquiry form also loads fonts and supporting scripts from the form provider's own service providers so that the form displays correctly, and the form provider may load its own measurement scripts inside the form. These are part of the form functionality you have requested, are controlled by the form provider and are not used by Raylec for analytics, advertising or tracking.
Links to third-party services
Our website may contain links to third-party websites and services, including WhatsApp. Following one of these links may take you to a website or service operated by another organisation.
The presence of an external link does not, by itself, mean that the third party places cookies or similar technologies on the Raylec website. However, once you access the third-party website or service, that provider may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies in accordance with its own privacy and cookie information.
Raylec does not control cookies or similar technologies used directly by third-party websites or services.
6. Your choices
Because this website currently uses only strictly necessary technologies, there are no optional technologies for you to accept or reject, and no consent banner or cookie preference manager is shown.
If we introduce optional technologies in future, they will not be activated unless you choose to allow them, and we will provide a means of giving and withdrawing that consent.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers allow you to block cookies or be notified when they are set. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of our website, including our enquiry form, from working correctly.
